What is it that you do Cherie?

Do?
You may have asked me yourself, Cherie, what is that you do? Several people have mentioned you and they're all loving what you do but they seem to be talking about different things.

I've heard this so many times in the 35 years I've been doing Holistic healing work. Why? Well it's a large topic, this learning to be Whole thing and people's pathways are varied and unique. No two people's work with me will be the same, it's tailored to you, or to those who attend a group practice or training.

So today I'm going to introduce you to what I call "tablework", it's done on the massage table, in an individual's session. It's one aspect of what I DO.

Almost everyone who comes to work with me spends some time on the table, augmenting aspects of counseling with inner work or energy balancing, or releasing, journeying or empowerment practices.

Some folks come primarily to work on themselves primarily through their body. Everyone has a unique learning style and the somatic approach to integration and healing works especially well for folks who've overdone the heady approach to living, learning and loving because somatic work builds coherence within your larger, felt experience of Self. The energy systems in the body as well as our cells have intelligence and story in them. Tablework practices speak directly to this living library through the body, heart, mind and soul.
Tablework possibilities for accessing the depths and power
of heart & soul, within your body & biofields

  • Massage and integrative energy work
  • Embodied trance work for healing and empowerment
  • Energy alignment: grounding, centering, clearing and opening to your Presence in the Now from your coherently resonant physical instrument.
  • Transmutations & transformations: clearing, re-patterning, expansion
  • Quantum/energy embodiment: the art of Being multidimensional while IN your body
Come and explore what many consider their most empowering and healing experiences. Bring yourself more fully alive. Plug into your inner resources, heal the past and shift into a larger truth of who you are. You may well discover what one client called "the IMAX version of my life".

Primary tablework sessions are generally 1 or 1.5 hrs, or integrated into counseling as needed. contact Cherie Byrd  for your table time.
