Children’s Embodied Meditation Summer School
Thanks
to the encouragement of many of you and a download from Spirit, I will be offering our children a 3-week summer training for Embodied Meditation
Dates are not yet landed, this is what I know now.
Classes
are 2 hours, once a week for 3 weeks, and parents are welcome to stay. I’m
opening it
up
to grades 1-12, and if there is a large turnout I’ll do two classes and split
the age difference. The class is playful, engaging and adapted to the students.Class is held in Seattle, WA @ IntraSpace holistic center located in the old Rainier Brewery Bldg.
Do
you have children who are particularly sensitive? Kids who could use some
confidence, or self-empowerment skills? Are they comfortable with themselves
and living from an internal sense of awareness and safety? Do they listen
inwardly, access their intuition, and feel the strength of their genius? Would
you like them to have the opportunity to learn some tools?
Embodied Meditation is a holistic
energy-mastery format in which one aligns the subtle energy fields into a
coherence of the physical/etheric, mental, emotional and spirit light. Our consciousness becomes fully embodied, communicating our wholeness to our cellular self. This
resonance of wholeness offers direct access to a vibrant natural state of
well-being. Meditation while in this field of coherent resonance is easy and palpable,
our consciousness is with us. Three styles will be shared, by nature we are
more attuned to one or another.
Each
time we return to this resonant state of field coherence our DNA begins firing
more of the fullness of who we are. Our sense of self becomes internally
focused giving us access to our inner resources. We become more radiant, present,
connected and relational with life, empowered.
This will be a low-cost pilot program, and will be videoed. Segments may be used by me for introducing the Embodied Meditation Program to our area’s middle-schools. You will be asked to give permission for this.
Who’s
interested? I’d love to hear your feedback. Feel free to contact me with your
curiosities and comments. I will let you know when I get the dates landed. What
time of day is your favorite for a 2-hr class, I’m thinking maybe 10:30am to
12:30… Mon, Tues or Wed, or an evening?

tuned for dates and registration details. Contact Cherie Byrd
