Plugging In Your Empowerment Tools

With all the change, challenge and expansion people have been going through this spring I'd like to take a moment to remind you to tend yourself well and offer some tools for coping with the experience of your deeper, multidimensional empowerment.
  • First of all if you really want your power back let the inner kids out. It may seem like you're loosing some control but actually you're regaining your relationship with the creative, spontaneous and enthusiastic energy of childhood. Be the loving inner parent who supplies structure, support, sustenance and affection.
  • Remember that any expanded game you play needs a bigger table, you will have to come to terms with needing bigger boundaries and self definition.
  • You'll take up more emotional space; you're more potent, and full of yourSelf, get comfy with the feeling of You.
  • It may be disconcerting but you will be less and less capable of knowing where you're going. Why? Because you're in the NOW and creating the next moment from there. We've shifted into zero point consciousness where our power truly is in the NOW.
  • Physically the biggest necessity is to be present in your life, or you may damage your body. Being in the future is confusing to your body, it creates that future experience as if it's happening now, hormonally, cellularly, energetically.
  • The antidote is to be aware of and take care of your body in the now: breathe, balance, ground, rest. This is your instrument, treat it well. 
  • Remember that a projection into the future is like paving your path to that outcome, choose wisely.
  • Practice feeling Safe and hummm,mmmm, then add the Big desire and keep humming. 
  • Offer extreme kindness to yourself and those around you, your heart is the focus of your power and expression.
  • Practice feeling enough; satisfied, fulfilled, loved, relaxed, and rejuvenated. Remember, the brain does not know if it's an imagined reality, it activates the corresponding hormones (emotions) and energy (spirit) and creates reality from there.

Embodied Meditation: Introduction to the Middle-School Program        June 1, 2016 Dear delightful friends, Over the 35 years that I’ve been in clinical practice I have heard one comment over and over, many times a year. People will find themselves at the end of their session feeling transformed and cock their heads in wonder and say, “Why don’t they teach us these practices when we’re in school?
